The evolution of excellence

SIR HEAVY DUTY is a range of automatic bar feeders for INDEX multi-spindle lathes with 6 and 8 spindles, for bars with diameters between 4 and 52 mm and lengths between 2,500 and 4,300 mm. It loads bars easily and recovers the remnant without a stock reel, which saves a lot of floor space.

It is simple to use, offers the greatest flexibility on the market for bar diameter changeovers thanks to IEMCA's patented adjustable bobbins, and reaches the highest rotation speeds. It is available with a multi rack and a bundle magazine (2 tons) and is equipped with a bar end drilling unit. Available for INDEX MS16 plus, MS18/6, MS22/6, MS22/8, MS40/6, MS40/8 and MS52/6.
